Donations to institutions

The institutional support is for legal (juridical) entities (schools, hospitals, NGOs, associations, trade-unions).

It consists of:

- office furniture

- hospital beds

- furniture for schools

- adult (incontinence) diapers

- electronic equipment

- medical equipment

REQUIRED PAPERS for MATERIAL DONATIONS GRANT APPLICATION

DONATIONS FOR LEGAL (JURIDICAL) PERSONS

1. Application form: filled, signed and stamped by the representative of the soliciting institution

2. A chart with the beneficiaries of the soliciting institution (if they receive material donations: clothing, footwear, underwear) that will be handed in after the distribution of the donation. This chart will contain:

a) first and last name of the beneficiary (individual/natural person)

b) identification (residence, identity card, personal code, telephone number)

c) number of boxes received

d) the beneficiary's signature
