The first year after birth is one full of joy but also challenges. To be able to enjoy this wonderful time together with your child, it is important to take care and not neglect yourself. Exercise can help you feel good by toning your overstressed muscles from birth and get in shape. 

Massage and baby exercise are very important especially in the first year of life. Physical exercise combined with massage relaxes the muscles, stimulate peripheral circulation and nerve endings, and tone the heart and lungs, stimulate digestion (removing cramps).

What do we do?

- baby massage (feet, tummy, chest, arms, back)

- exercise for the mother and baby (we work on the muscles of the foot, arm, buttocks, back, chest, abdomen, waist and mobility)

- monthly talks with a guest about the child's development

Whom for?

- New mothers and their babies (at least 2 months old)
